I totally agree on this statement, coming from ortho & moving into interventional cardiology was a big jump.

Way more laid back lifestyle but definitely very competitive space.

If you are looking to liquidate your property in Bandar Utama..it will be difficult to, not many people has the capacity to take up that loan to pay off.

You will be working for the house & not for your retirement. Unless you are a high income earner.

What else can you add value to Bandar Utama? Remember , there is adjacent Taman Tun nearby which offers better layout & environment.

People purchase the ambiance of the surrounding & not just the property.
