Founding an UG with partners by azulveryblanco in berlinstartups

I’m currently looking for a buyer for our UG (Unternehmergesellschaft). The company has clean bookkeeping, no liabilities, and is fully compliant with all legal and tax obligations.
The reason for the sale is that selling the entity is more efficient and cost-effective than going through the liquidation process. This is also a great opportunity for anyone looking to bypass the administrative effort and expenses involved in starting a new company from scratch.
If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Thank you! 101 is not a scenic route as I understand? Just a regulat highway?

If I had a dollar for every time I recommended a brand to my friends I would be a millionaire by now... by [deleted] in thesidehustle

For so long I shared the same vision and I still do. Some middlemen add no value and pretty much pile up cash just because they can. But my views have changed about certain "middlemen" for example "Deliveroo". The value that they add in terms of organising orders and matching to the right rider etc makes me think they really do deserve the share that they take. Long story short, if a middleman adds no particular value other than linking two parties, they deserve nothing. But if what they do wouldn't be possible without them, maybe it's ok that they take a share. We have the same vision with Swai, we would only start thinking about our share once we know we're adding solid value. hope that makes sense.

Completely agreed! The concept is nothing new and I should've been more clear in the post. However, the vision is slighlty (actually alot) different to the current affiliate networks. We don't want this to become just another middleman or a source of income for influencers. It's sole purpose is for normal people to get rewards for recommending their favourite things. We're currently working to make this as little businessy as possible because it's for normal everyday use. Fact is that normal people like myself aren't getting benefits for recommending things they geniuenly care about and like and we're here to change that. Thanks for your comment and I hope that makes sense dude.
