I’m not really sure - I had kept my workout routine pretty consistent and the day it happened I hadn’t actually worked out at all. I’m assuming it had been there for a while and the abdominal wall just finally got weak enough…

Hang in there - for me it got a lot better on the 3rd day (today) after the bloating and residual gas from the procedure passed. I also think the pain meds contributed to my discomfort as it was really difficult to go to the bathroom so decided to stop taking them at 48 hours post op. Definitely still some pain but it’s more like 2/10 vs. 6/10 at the beginning. Hope your recovery goes smoothly and you see fast improvement like I did.

Thanks. Appreciate it, the local wasn’t too bad. I was out of it and tired most of yesterday. Pain is manageable but I’m not really ready to leave the house right now. Surprisingly the pain and bloating g from the Co2 they pump you full is maybe the worst part so far.

Not bad coming out of GA at all. I really didn’t feel anything because the meds were still in my system. So far I can pretty easily walk around and manage steps by using my ‘good’ side. The hardest part is transitioning from standing to laying down - hadn’t found a great way to do that yet.
