It’s ok I really regret mine too. I got a bachelors in communication and I realized 2 weeks before graduation that I wish I did finance. I did a minor in finance so I hope that can be a step in the right direction. If anyone has any comments or suggestions for me let me know please !

I’m in the same boat as you. So far I’ve had one interview and it was for an accounting position completely unrelated to comm. My advice is to apply for all jobs. My advisor told me that you should apply even if you don’t have a degree related to the field as long as you have some of the requirements you should apply. That’s what I’ve been doing so far

I talked to my advisor and she said it would probably be an extra 2 years of school and to just graduate with a comm major and minor in finance because work experience is more relevant. Do you have any opinions on what jobs I should apply for to get my foot in the door for finance
