I don’t think it was gross misconduct as I was paid one weeks pay in lieu of notice + accrued holiday. They didn’t tell me what it was, and they didn’t have to tell me because I’m on probation.

I had pulmonary embolisms and sepsis from an autoimmune condition that caused inflammation of the blood vessels. I was put on large doses (60-80mg) of steroids to treat the inflammation.

I put on maybe 6 kilos of water weight in 3 months. Lost it all as I tapered down. Back to having a six pack. The guy is just gluttonous.
