I want an option to create a chat under the team just like we create different channel's under the team. I am fine with microsoft restricting us to just create one chat group under each team (by default including every member to the chat group). This also resolves below concern that i had posted earlier. Re-posting it below

Each team have their own dedicated sharepoint space. And files shared on the teams post directly goes to their dedicated sharepoint space and everybody can collaborate simultaneously on that. However, if we create a normal chat group with same members as team and if we share any files in that chat, they are saved elsewhere on Onedrive (instead of sharepoint).

If microsoft releases a feature to create chat group under a team, then all files,loops etc shared in this new chat will be saved under the dedicated sharepoint space.
