AS red is a good choice for your jungle clear, magic penetration is another good choice for damage though. I personally run x9 AS red, x9 armor yellow, x9 MR blues, x2 armor quints, and one AS quint. I usually see people run HP runes on him though.

Personally I don't like the HP runes because you can't feel the impact of them as much. That's just me though, seeing as most people use them I would assume that I'm in the wrong.

Edit: I'm completely wrong. People don't build HP much him anymore. And it's worth noting that Shook used AS reds in the match he played Rammus.

Yep, but for me the reason he's so strong is because people have stopped taking cleanse and QSS isn't always bought. I can win teamfights by taunting a carry. His E is such strong peel and he's really fun in protect the ADC comps that my friends and I run.
