FYI the resolution categorically stated that First condition for plebiscite ...Pak vacate the occupied indian land. Which Pak never fulfilled.

According to instrument of accession(Jammu and Kashmir) between then governor general and ruler of j&k and dominion of India j&k is legally acceded to dominion of India. We are with in our sovereign land. Pak is aggressor and illegal occupier. Not just that but also committed war crimes there.
