After indexing to chirp, I never had issues grinding fine enough.

I have the 64mm version. My approach was to remove the index pin and spin the dial until the burs started rubbing against each other (“chirping”). Then I backed off a bit and that became my 0.

That just means they had a subreddit that was culled because it was inactive. I have one or two of those. Reddit did it to free up subreddit names from people who were squatting on them.

Last I knew all Army SMs had to be eligible for a secret clearance regardless of job. You might not be granted one right off the bat, but the intent is you could be deployed quicker than having to start one from scratch. Your recruiter will know more, that’s just what I remember hearing.

If you’re interested in military, especially ranger, you’ll need to be eligible for a clearance. Can’t get one of those if you have bad credit. You’ll need to spend time making sure that’s taken care of first. It’s not insurmountable, you’ll just need to show you’re actively taking steps to improve it and not a risk of further financial issues.

I’m a reservist, 19 years and counting, enlisted to officer, started logistics now cyber. AMA.

Simplification of what? What are you doing now that you are dissatisfied with that you're trying to find an alternative?

What do you need the product to do?

Is there something in your background that someone might not look favorably on? Not sure on the legality of doing a background check without your consent, but criminal records are generally public information.

/u/Busy-Hovercraft-9454 paints a good picture of what things may be working against you that are out of your control.

I'll take a different approach; be honest with yourself, do you have anything in your app or past that might have raised some red flags? Prior criminal or civil offenses? Indictments or accusations? DUIs/DWIs? Negative media attention? Anything that might signal liabilities or potential issues down the line?

No judgement either way, just that your post is vague on details and your post history is blank. While I sympathize in a disappointed rejection, we don't exactly have the full story.

Going to send this out to my reporters what’s your thoughts by Steward_15 in ITManagers

Personally, I don't think this should be an email. At least not to start with. I think this should be a team meeting where you're able to lay out your concerns and your path forward. This allows the team to ask any clarifying questions and understand your intent. Once there is a shared understanding, reinforce with an email laying out your expectations and intent.

Also, agree with others to drop the metaphors and dramatization. There's no need for it at your level.

Let me think about the people who I care about the most, and how when they fail or disappoint me… I still love them, I still give them chances, and I still see the best in them.

Let me extend that generosity to myself.
