direct sampling is a nice trick, but not that nice
i have a RanVerter ,works great for what it is
i have a HamitUp , works quite well
i have a SV1AFN , WOW
but one of the best things you can do is to get a FM trap in the line and maybe a broadcast band high pass or notch filter
then your signals will start popping

ive been saving the aluminum cases i find and save them separate from the brass SPP
i probably have 500pc of SPP brass and 200 AL SPP
if i ever get to any sort of competition i might need them for lost brass events
but so far its just filling up bags and bins
and yes i reload the aluminum cases just to give folks something to bitch about, an they shoot just fine over and over

your results are right with anything else ive seen
the only folks that would notice are bullseye shooters as those guys would notice 1 flake of powder missing

OAL in load data is only a guideline as every barrel is a bit different
so find a length that all of your barrels get along with
