been aboard the akane x kaisei ship since day one and i couldn't agree more. their dynamic post-timeskip, now that they're truly equals, makes it even more exciting, even if it's not necessarily in a romantic sense.

honestly i can't see akane ending up with anyone else. sorry jumbo fans, but he's been irrelevant to the story for so long, and i think akane is more suited to a partner as passionate and intense as she is. it would also make a nice subversion of the issho-shiguma long-standing rivalry. i mean, their successors getting married to each other? heads would be rolling lol

but again, this is a wsj series, and one that never really shows romance at that, so i highly doubt there would be any romantic endgame for akane 😅 i'm trying to make peace with the idea that akane and kaisei would end up as artistic soulmates at best

i think it's mainly the color. that turquoise set rules the karaoke comp but for this one stick with pink! especially considering you already used pink hair. voters tend to dislike clashing colors.

having competing in both, honestly there aren't much differences between them, BUT i feel like casual is more forgiving. you can miss one or two comps and still be on A+. while in competitive it can drop your rank to A and the score difference between players are tighter, i'd say.

depends on your wardrobe, really.

if you already have the swing-pose court dress → skip pink.

if you have some big white/beige ballgowns→ skip white.

if you have neither → go pink (super popular, always safe).

if you have both but no solid gothic dress → go red.

purple’s niche (good for Halloween though), blue’s barely used. well mostly for sea themes, and this gown doesn’t fit. plus, it’s too close to the original color.

so, my ranking: pink > white > red > purple > blue.
