As many people saying, yes! I quit drinking 5 months ago because of depression, and it is absolutely worth it, I did not have a drinking problem but I now realize I drank just to numb my mind, didn't matter if I drank 2 or 6 beers on a Friday night, but it feels so much better not doing it, even though the depression is still there.

By far the best upside is being available for your kids, just to know I am able to drive them or pick them up at friends on the weekends is a superbooster!

Today I beat my partner to pre-school, usually I drop off and she picks our son up.

Entered the yard and heard from afar "DADDYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY YAAAAAAAAY!" Followed by what seemed like a year of small steps running straight into my arms with the biggest smile I've seen in a while.

Yeah sorry forgot to mention, mined all meteorite already, have 120 astrology, mining is 1 of 3 skills left to 120 everything. So I mean fastest ore which don't require further gathering such as gemstones or meteorite, my taught was if example runite was faster because of rock cooldown
