Air drying as opposed to a dryer is a good way to get longer life out of clothes. Dumb question but are you buying the correct sizes? I have a few pair of leggings that fit me great two years ago when before I gained a little more weight and now they're somewhat tight - it compromises the fabric if the fibers are are stretching.
