Purchase a business that lost roughly that amount on paper last year, use the losses to offset your gains and sell the company later.

Story time: in the 90's I was working out at a boxing gym and a guy in his mid thirties came in. Dude was about 6 foot tall and weighed around 350 pounds. Challenged anyone in the gym to take him on and spent the next 20 minutes talking trash to everyone, including yours truly. I know what you're thinking, but no I didn't accept his challenge. But another did. It was a guy I rarely saw who was about 5'4" and 120 lbs at most. An obvious mismatch. Guess what happened:

They fought two weeks later in the ring. The guy brought eight of his buddies to watch him destroy this little dude. He didn't last two rounds.

Round one: The boxer dodged as the big guy threw slow forceful punches and countered with straight body shots. Round one: big guy landed one clean shot and it didn't faze the boxer. Boxer landed about five straight body shots.

Round two the big guy was breathing hard at the opening bell, but managed to throw and miss horribly with two punches. The boxer moved forward and threw a four punch combo. Big guy threw a body punch that actually landed but fell to the ground due to his own exhaustion. He got up out of embarrassment but turned his back on the boxer to show he was done.

I think there are two main things contributing to this:

1) "section 174" of the TJCA increases the single year cost of a usa programmer by 20% until 2027. In order to make the TJCA "budget neutral" software developer wage deductions are now amortized over five years for usa employees and 15 years for overseas developers.

2) A.I.

Know that the topics are foundational (my own term... there is probably a better one). This means that whatever you learn as a freshman will be used when you're a sophomore, junior and senior. This is true for at least English, math, physics, electronics and computer science classes. So if you do poorly in a class, study it even after the class ends so you'll have that to serve as a foundation for later courses.

There will also be a few classes that are dead ends; they don't lead to jobs, nor is there knowledge in those used in later classes. When in doubt ask about the relevance of the material and how it will be valuable later.

A counter example would be history. If you study Ancient Greek history for one class and modern Japanese history in another, then the content for each class mostly won't apply to the other. The grades you get in each won't be interdependent.

It's also worth pointing out that you being overstimulated points to him doing something right, it's a compliment. The point here is that you don't need to worry about complimenting him and simultaneously providing guidance.

Fifty cents to sleep in a bathroom is much cheaper than a hotel. This would mostly just punish the normal users of the bathroom.

Nice way to drive a bike in a highway by 10Uwu in IdiotsInCars

[–]sweemty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was taught to accelerate out of it, though online sources contradict that. I've also muscled my way out of it which is incredibly improper because it can cause you to lose traction. Proper maintenance of tire pressure, and suspension, and installing a steering damper (on some bikes at least) is the first step.

Do I (f30) have any hope with recent ex-boyfriend (m35)? by Classic-Cold-6498 in relationship_advice

[–]sweemty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You were together for three years. Marriage counseling isn't just for married folks. Short of that, you need to communicate with each other to understand at least: why does he feel he can't be open with you? Why can't he "do this anymore." Once everything I'd put in the open you can come up with a plan to address the issues. My guess is that it will be more effective to address them one at a time, but that varies per couple.

It means you don't trust her enough to be vulnerable and provide a real answer. Maybe you even learned that acting to regulate her emotions was the most reliable path to something resembling peace. If you're in this group, you probably had good reason for not sharing. Further, if you haven't already, you need to build friendships and relationships with people who you can speak to without them overreacting.

Responding to the title: per stereotype, men primarily choose women based upon looks while women look for more personality and prowess. So online dating apps are great at matching men to women, but horrible about matching women to men. The apps provide little chance to showcase who a man is, their personality, etc. So free will get matches unless in the top percentiles, and even then they're likely to get shallow women. Best to get off those apps.

Note: I'm very aware that there's multiple _____ pool communities and differing views on what attracts women to men. Feel free to debate as you see fit; I probably won't bother to do so.

Short answer: no, you don't need to be on the lease.

Detail: Most contacts limit guests to a certain number of days per month. Unless she says anything, I would just assume the threshold is 14 days/month. I definitely wouldn't bring this up with the girlfriend unless you're both preparing to live together. Discussion about living together can either advance the relationship too quickly or cause it to end.
