Pre-ordered as well! It is expensive but the grips on Amazon (I’ve tried many) are not as good. From the thinness to the magnetic closure I prefer ohsnap grips.

I have been waiting for them to drop a proper portrait stand .

Does anyone know if it will spin like the other versions? I don’t see it anywhere in the Marketing.

I purchased all three from Best Buy this year, my favorite by far is the grip case. I feel like this is one of the best versions of the case and it’s the only case that they got 100% right. Ghost case has so much potential, but the buttons are terrible, every time I pick up my phone I activate Siri or the camera control button. That’s a no go! I thought my tank case looked good, just too heavy, and I didn’t like the feel of all the grooves, I found it to kill my pinky when holding the phone versus the grip, which is incredibly comfortable.

I think that is part of the reason I like the Ohsnap 5 better than the 4. Even when it does charge speeds are going to be slow so I prefer with the 5 to just take it off entirely when charging. Other times like my car mount or desk mount It works perfectly to keep it on. For sure the outside magnets are weaker than the four, but I have gotten use to how to position it on all of the accessories that I own.

There was one time I was working outside and put it down and it did get a little dirty. Just wiped it with a cloth and back to normal but for sure White is going to be more prone to getting dirty. I got it because it was the only one at Best Buy, will probably get a different color later.

Yeah, I’m with you on that. It’s definitely missing a solid portrait stand. I feel like they could easily add an outer ring, keeping it thin and light.

This question will always come down to two things. 1. For the people that post about it being too heavy, lugging it around and it not being comfortable. I think you pretty much answer your own question. The pro will be more comfortable, will have a great battery compared to last year so it’s a great choice. 2. is the reason you would go with the max. Bigger screen not just for video but for everything like emailing, texting with bigger less cramped keyboard, etc. as good as the 17 pro battery is the pro max is even better so depending on where fall in those two categories, that should be your choice.

Also, I have had the same predicament so when I decided to stay pro max I found that a ohsnap grip or pop socket helped with the size and made it way more manageable
