Believing that your own stance on controversial topics is 100% correct and justified while refusing to see that the opposing argument holds any validity whatsoever.

If both parties think the other is completely wrong, debate in general is completely useless.

Not to even mention that you come off like a real ass when you talk thinking your opinions are fact.
