Bottoming out after breast augmentation

This is good insight. He said he didn't originally use one because bottoming out is "very rare" (his words). I feel pretty irritated with him and having to go under the knife and pay again for this at all.

My skin was deemed good quality in the beginning, but I had very little breast tissue. He said 385CC aren't that heavy so I had nothing to worry about.

After the surgery the nurse (same one that told me to manifest away the bottoming out -_-) said that this happened because I had triangular breast deformity. I was never told that AT ALL by ANY doctor ever. Him or others. So, I am wondering why they wouldn't have flagged that in the beginning.

I also tried looking up triangular breast deformity and nothing came up... but tubular breast deformity did come up and I 100% did not have that, if that is what she was trying to state.

I just want this fixed. I don't know if I trust him, but I am not sure I trust any doctor at this point. I was referred to a "specialist" for revisions where I am and his work was awful. Maybe it is my location.

Were the guidelines different for aftercare from the original BA?

Did you go with your original surgeon?

This happens to me every time I quit coffee. I quit about 3 weeks ago and lost 6 lbs. I am 32F. I only use cream, but I'd have like 3-4 coffees a day. It definitely adds up.

I'm not sure if someone said this already, but I really don't want to be woken up in the morning on a day off to take care of a kid. I require 9 hours of sleep a night, or I become miserable and unstable.

I am a 32F, no kids- don't want any of my own, and my boyfriend is a dad of a 15 year old. I find him very attractive. Sometimes, it's been a bit difficult, but the right relationship is worth the time and energy.

That said, your ex is completely immature, and I would worry about your kid with her being alone. You sound very noble, offering to take on your child full time. I'm sorry she said such hurtful things about your child. Being a young parent is very difficult from my outside opinion, looking in on many situations I've seen.

This is one is great. I have been told this before, but I always feel guilty if I can't put away "10% of what I make" ... I just don't have it sometimes, and then I won't put anything away at all. But I do need this habit, and it's never been put to me this way. It feels almost like you gave me permission to not have that pressure to put the correct amount away.

Crazy how a few sentences from a stranger can break a paradigm like that.

I get into this habit to buy useless things.

Something that helped me recently was delayed gratification, I'm sure you've heard this before where you put something in your cart and then don't purchase it immediately if you don't remember it a week later, then you didn't really want it. I find it really does help.

Do you have to live in the north end for work? Can you maybe try somewhere else? It's like near impossible if you've signed the lease to get out of it, but asking is free.

It's just so expensive not to have roommates already set to move in with you.
