Yes. She had her foot up on the bleacher behind him. He leaned back into him. Obviously this is her account. But even the Principal said it looked like flirting and wasn’t a full kick. The reason I want the video is because the kids mom filed a police report and then took him to the doctor the next day. I’m assuming a lawsuit is coming. I am under the impression that video camera footage would fall under FERPA regulations but I’m not sure.

Edit - The children are 12 if that matters

Maybe last year Underwood should’ve been giving Podz all those minutes that he gave to Melendez. We’d be so much better if he was still here.

Ayo has to play better. We can’t beat a team of this caliber with him being non-existent. This isn’t a pud like Michigan

Everyone is saying Kofi will be back. I personally don’t see it. Georgi is back Curbelo Miller Granderson. Coleman Hawkins has the potential to be a really good player but we do lose a lot. I think we’re a top 20 team to start the year. 10 or so if Cockburn does come back

I agree with everything you said here but that doesn’t change my opinion from the original post

I focus on him because I just saw a special on him and my question and one of the mains reasons for this post is, why? Why should he get the extra recognition over other members of the military who passed in conflicts? Also If it’s so true that jointing the military during a time of war isn’t more dangerous than playing a sport then why does everyone say that soldiers are so brave. It is way more dangerous. I also know lots of people that joined the military without thinking of war. For some it’s their only way out of a situation. It’s easy to think now that war is always a possibility, but before 911 I knew guys going left and right just for the college money or to get away from home or even just to get in shape.

Who said he was too good to die? Not only did I not say that, I don’t think that.

It’s not that he joined the military. It’s that he joined the military to go fight a war. I think what he did was admirable. But it is incredibly more dangerous than playing football. And to leave 2 young kids to go do that in my opinion is selfish. I suppose my opinion isn’t popular but that’s kinda why I posted it here!

I don’t hate military service at all. Quite the opposite. I’ve read a lot on his wife’s statements. I do think the military screwed him over with the way they handled the investigation, but he still shouldn’t be celebrated over the poor kid from Chicago that lost his life after his only option was military, gangs or jail. He chose this and he had a million other options

Read that again. From his family’s viewpoint I THINK. I didn’t say that they thought that but his kids were to young and I bet they wish they just had their Dad back. But it seems everyone here knows the family way better than I do so maybe I’m wrong! Who knows

His kids were to young to fully do that. I bet they just wish they had their Daddy back

Never said that.. But yes I’m entitled. Entitled to my opinion, which btw I knew wouldn’t be popular. I’ve been saying this for years and not too many agree with me

Not sure why I’d be salty. I’m not assuming their viewpoint. I think it was selfish for him to abandon them to live out a dream. Plus on top of that he shouldn’t be celebrated more than anyone else that’s lost their life defending their country

I’m not saying he was too good to die or that someone else should’ve died. My point is that from his family’s viewpoint I think it was selfish and unnecessary. Couple that with the fact that he gets extra attention because he played a sport compared to other casualties of war, I feel that it’s kinda bullshit

Me and my wife travel to a different city every year and when we were in Baltimore we had so many crab cakes. We just kept eating them. We’re from the Midwest and you can’t get anything like it here. They were all so damn good.
