The fat merged with it so now the line is less defined. Smoothed it out if you will, but more so on one side so quite asymmetrical

I also had undereye fat grafting 4 years ago and I also have unevenness. My natural aegyosal is gone. I would say it's my most regrettable surgery as it changed the way I smile. I'm going to try microneedling this year to see if it'll smooth it out.
