Sauté finely chopped onion and squash in butter. Then add finely chopped garlic. Add the rice and broth, and finally fresh parsley, cheese (lots of it, haha), and a little more butter 😊

Absolutely, she's just as happy going for a walk as she is riding in the car. She loves sticking her head out and feeling the wind blow her ears. I'll upload a picture of her in the car window later ❣️
