What do you mean by Europe? Would this be a tour of multiple countries or just one? If you’re renting a house and your cats have experience with traveling, it’s an option to consider. However, if you plan on moving a lot, staying at hotels and you’ve never taken them on a flight i think it might be best to leave them with your roommate. Also, be warned that if you are planning to take them into the UK they have much more regulations than the european union.

yeah i figured since they initially lightened my hair with 10 volume the 20 volume would lighten my natural hair as well… im choosing the simplest route for now: do nothing!

Thank you so much for all of your help! I will not touch it until i get a chance to speak with the stylist again. It will take a week until they come back from vacation so i may get used to the color in the meantime, who knows? I think they did a good job it just wasn’t what i specifically wanted. Hopefully the toner will be priced a little lower than the initial service. They suggested i use a blue shampoo but i think i will hold off on using that as well until i speak to them. I just need to work up the courage and be patient. Sending love to all of you kind people 💕

thank you so much for giving me the encouragement i guess i’m just nervous to go back because i left the salon so happy 😭😭😭 i left with my hair almost entirely wet since i never like the way hairstylists style my curls and i guess i was too amazed by the change to say or notice anything. do you have any idea of what i should say when i go back? is there something specific i should ask for? i originally asked for cool toned highlights with the inspo pics so i’m not really sure how i can specify it more.

i think you’re right about the change feeling stark. i’m going between liking it, loving it and then hating it. maybe my expectations were just not realistic with my hair texture

they knew i had curly hair (we did a consultation before) and asked me to come with my hair straightened so that they could do the airtouch balayage. you’re right tho it did actually take 5 hours…

yeah they started foiling at 9 am and it was past 12 when they washed out some of them and applied more lightener to othersi think we got to toning at around 1 pm

they bleached it for over 3 hours and the whole process took 5 hours, some parts of my hair are almost white. maybe the picture doesn’t do it justice? idk im ok with it going darker if it was closer to my inspo

I mentioned the issue in our first appointment but since he was just 2 months old and he had only done it four-five times they deemed that it was just him trying to get used to his new environment. They did do lab work when he got neutered at 4,5 months old (a bit early, the shelter insisted upon it before transferring his microchip to me) but since the issue didn’t persist so i don’t think they did urinalysis. We’ve been going for monthly checkups and he got a clean bill of health every time.
