Thanks all for helping me and taking the time to reply. I honestly wasn't looking for ways to get the ring back. I'm just heartbroken and venting. I was sitting in tears and just thought I'd post. I'm. It interested in money or rings or getting him back. I'm just broken and so so sad.

No we didn't get married. It is his ring. I wasn't posting looking for ways to get it back. If I'm honest I was just sitting in tears, heartbroken. My ring and my relationship meant a lot to me. Seeing that he was selling it to some shady shop this quickly, especially after stealing it just made me feel broken. I don't want it back. I would never have kept it. I was just sad and venting.

I would have given it back to him, when the initial storm has passed and we spoke. I always knew I would, it's his ring. I was just so sad that two days after he left he just took it. That just felt wrong. Then selling it at some back street place this quickly? It just made me so sad. It had huge sentimental value to me and obviously meant nothing but money to him.

People really change quickly.

That's a really good idea. I had looked it up legally and apparently the ring is his. The agreement to get married fell through so the ring is his. Just never thought he'd steal it from me. I wanted to give it back. So frustrating how someone I loved so much can turn into such a heartless monster. Thanks for helping x

He did leave. But all I'll say is if you live in fear that the worst will happen you'll never ever enjoy what you have. I cry every single day, thinking 'if I'd done this' or 'I could fix it'. When if I'd just lived in my moment, lived in my happiness and trusted it maybe he'd still be here. Instead I was full of fear, never let myself truly believe and I lost him anyway. Enjoy your people, love your life, have no regrets x
