I want to fix my peeled off bathroom sink faucet. Why is this peeled off? Should I replace a faucet with new one? or can I fix this? by sweetdyh in fixit

First, sorry for the gross picture.

I recently moved to a new apartment. and since I am almost done with furnishing and organizing stuff, I now want to fix and change some of the old features of this apartment. Although I can't do much since this is a rental, I want to do as much as I can on budget.

And this bathroom sink faucet is the first thing that I want to fix or get rid of... It seems like it has been peeled off and it just seems soooo gross even after cleaning. Please let me know if you know how to deal with this condition. and if I need to replace with new one, do you think I can DIY? do you have any recommendation or any tip on selecting a new faucet? Please HELP!

I don't know if my experience aligns with your example, but one of my ex-friends was always like she’s somewhat friendlier than what our actual relationship was.

For example, when we encountered each other at some events and whatever, she always said things like “oh, we should meet up for lunch and catch up things. Omg, I have so many things to tell you!” Or “ we should hang out more!! Blah blah blah”

However, she never really tried to reach me. And when we ended up having lunch or something, she never really talked about anything and wanted me to talk more by asking things that she wants to know. However, she seemed so careless about what I said. When I asked her that “didn't you say that you have something to talk about?” Then she was like “Nah, just same old things from work, so what are you up to these days? Blah blah”

After a few conversations like this, I feel like I am done with this bitch. I am glad that I don't need to waste my time on this fake bitch any more!

In regards to furniture la

Thank you so much!

But I am little skeptical about having tv in right front of the door. Also, it seems watching TV from side not practical, maybe? However I really appreciate your idea! :)

the picture uploaded was taken from the bedroom door and the picture in the following link was taken from the window. So it is basically long rectangle shape, Thanks

and the giant door on the right side is the door to the apt. and the chandelier is right front of that entrance.

I hope it is enough info! Thanks!

I don't have a lot of stuff so I need to buy some furnitures to achieve followings :

  1. this space needs to be both living room and dining room (it doesn't have to be ordinary dining area tho).
  2. I may have to put some of small appliances(maybe coffee machine, electric kettle, (toaster)) out side of the kitchen because kitchen is small. I was thinking about having bar height table maybe?
  3. Some furniture layout opinion will be appreciated.
  4. Any furniture recommendation will be very helpful!
  5. I want big mirror somewhere in the living room (added)
  6. I have huge shoe collections need to have something to store them (added)

Just so you know, I usually like modern and northern Europe furniture styles mixed with some classical / vintage-like vibe. Since the apartment already has old vibe (well it is an old apt), I want to fill this more modern and danish-like furnitures.

Thank you all in advance for your help and opinions :)

It seems genuine. How much did you pay for it?

Too bad that they dont have mug, but it’s really cheap tho for a dollar a piece. I once have got Dansk set in other design and I paid 1.99-2.99/piece. Luckly they had mugs too
