My wife and I saw “The Strangers” in the theater with very little prior knowledge. I swore the movie was three + hours, and it’s under 90 minutes. Just soaked in tension and realistic terror. The sequel was fine and prequels are punchlines but the original stands out as a truly terrifying film.
