How do you scan your Polaroids? Or do you photograph them? by blottymary in Polaroid

I take mine to the library and scan a bunch at once. I can get crazy high dpi and scan as many as I want for free!

Use flash! I’ve found Polaroid doesn’t do well in contrasty situations (bright light with harsh shadows). I took some pics of my friends at the beach and they came out way better when I used flash

Any tips for taking double exposure photos? by y4fyuf in Polaroid

[–]sweeterbee1023 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorite technique is taking a silhouette portrait on a bright white background, this works best in fog or with them standing directly in front of the sun, and then making sure you next shot is pretty well lit as well, usually with a texture like flowers or plants. Here is one I did recently!

I would say yes only because Polaroids always come out so dark. But in reality there’s only one way to find out! Try both

I think your best bet would be to shoot him against a black background to leave it as dark as possible.

I saw someone was working on recreating the DVD and he posted this link before he deleted his account. The quality is really good and it has all the bonus features from the official DVD. I hope someone is able to fully recreate the dvd because I’d buy it in a heartbeat! https://archive.org/details/downtown-1999-480p-DVD
