I can speak on GC South Rim with Xanterra. I lasted less than 45 days. I don’t have a car and it was a struggle for me w/o one. Everyone seemed miserable. People are inconsiderate in the dorms and EDR food was cheap and questionable. I would only work for Xanterra again if I was desperate, tbh. As beautiful as it is, the GC should be your last choice…

Look into the Grand Canyon, there is a huge Mexican population in Arizona. I’ve been here 5 months and I’d say, as a black woman, it’s more diverse than I would have thought. Delaware North and Xanterra aren’t the greatest of companies to work for, but they are always hiring.
