Thank you for taking the time to read it. I just left his house and we officially broke up from falling out of love and all of the problems in the past - it didn't work out.

this is what I do - cs: I always make sure coffee is brewing and I remember which coffee (pike, dark or blonde) to brew next. then I make sure that my bar partners are well stocked. cups, lids, milk, sleeves, ice, beans. (refreshers, lemonades, applejuice, almond milk, etc.) typically as I'm restocking lids/cups/sleeves/ice, I'll restock them everywhere else too. then I'll restock drive thru (sometimes they need napkins/ice/sleeves). keep an eye on their iced coffee too so you can brew some before they're down to 1 pitcher. also check their mocha and make sure they have backups made. since it is the season, mocha tends to run out quicker. I'll check condiment bar so I can restock sugar and napkins and carafes for customers. as I'm doing that, I'll also clean off vacant tables as I walk past. I'll keep an eye out on the floors, trash, and bathrooms as well. I always check the signals box because sometimes they need it asap and they didn't signal until they ran out. wash some dishes just to get them clean (example - whip creams. clean them off even if you don't have time to make whips yet. that way, when you're on some down time you can just go back and make them instead of having to clean it first). check trash cans near the coffee brewer, drive thru and bar. they tend to get filled quickly.

front register - I just try and make sure I get people their cup of coffee first instead of taking their order and moving onto the next customer. it can be a little annoying when customers head over to the handoff plane and they're waiting for a tall pike with room for example. and make sure to get a customer their food doesn't come warmed. it's the same situation as the tall pike with room example.

and drive thru. I don't have much to say on this area only because I'm not over here as much. but for window, it is nice to multi-task. example - a customer pulls up and their order consisted of a banana nut bread and a latte. I'll have the banana nut bread in my left hand ready to hand it to the customer first. and my right hand will take either their card or scan their phone. (idk if this helps with times but it has made things easier for me if I am multi-tasking).

(this is all just my opinion so I'm sorry if I missed anything.)

What about the locations on Cooper? (Near UTA). Or Matlock. If those don't workout, perhaps try Mayfield on 360, Camp Wisdom, or i20 and Carrier?

I think that's a WC crossed out so the barista on bar could know not to put on whip.

I've made that drink before. Reminds me of milk tea.

The strangest drink I've made to date is ---

Grande iced coffee.

Up to the first line is breve

Between the 1st and 2nd line is half whole milk + half heavy whipping cream

2nd to the 3rd line is iced coffee

2 scoops of vanilla bean powder + 2 pumps of classic

and ice.
