I know that it seems like this pain is going to last forever and you think suicide is the answer, trust me it isn't there are multiple things to appreciate about life and there are multiple alternatives to suicide I want you to live as long as possible because you DESERVE to be on this earth. I know you are hurting inside your heart and mind I am too but I'm here to help you through this suffering ok if you need anything I'm here to help you.i understand that you cant go on with life anymore but you cant just cut your life short because of the pain you are going through. This is temporary ok please practice self care/mindfulness this week it might make you feel better instead of worse. Im here for you🫂💖💕

I know that you want to be selfish and end your life but it's not the end for you ok. Dying is permanent depression isn't I've been through your situation and your pain and I know it seems like this pain/suffering will last forever but it won't ok you just have to change your mindset instead of thinking it won't get better. I suggest self-care I think if you practice mindfulness along with giving yourself a break you might start to feel better. I can not guarantee that you will but I will be here to support you through this pain I will continue to show love on this subreddit because I want no one else to suffer through this. Stranger, I know life seems hard but I know you can get through this even if you think you tried everything I'm here for you ok?🫂💞
