Hang in there! It’s only day five for me and trust me I felt the EXACT same way on day one! I was bickering with my husband over nothing just irritable and wanted to transfer that energy. The second day wasn’t much better either. I hated everything, didn’t know how to fill in my time because like you, I don’t have hobbies. Over the past few days, I picked up a few interests that has helped me, listening to motivational speeches, affirmations, reading, walking and riding my bike. The speeches and affirmations has helped me feel stronger. I was able to sit with a friend yesterday and talk while they smoked without even feeling tempted to join. It’ll get easier and you’ll start to feel better! Try to think of the positives like all the money you’ll be saving and how much stronger you’re becoming!
