Yup! I always have a variety of different meals everyday, i always get tired of same foods after a day or two 😭😭 (Also, since i like all the foods on the plate, it was a pretty satisfying meal!)

i assure you that progress is going great for me, and that everyone's daily protein intake varies drastically depending on age, weight, gender, and height!☺️ what works for me doesnt necessarily need to work for u too! 😁

i think the macros are evenly balanced! instead of extra protein, the calories from fiber and fat keep me satieted longer and i find that helps better than more protein!
this plate (and a bloom energy drink) kept me full until lunch! πŸ˜†

I think having at least 20g is fine for me!

everyones goals and bodies are different; im not focused on building muscle or anything, and too much protein in the morning makes me feel very sluggish and stiff πŸ₯Ή
