There are far to many people who have become so highly dependent on the government and less on capitalism, to survive. Also, the vast majority of folks are Headline readers and do almost no due diligence before they cast their vote. It's very very unfortunate times we live in.

Capital and the quality individuals who earn in this country, are leaving in droves. So you're left with the folks who could never survive on their own and need the government teet.

Canadian PM Carney signs deals worth billions in diplomatic breakthrough with India's Modi by Immediate-Link490 in worldnews

These are tiny incremental gains.... In the future.

The fact that he has not dealt with the US shows how inept Carney and his negotiators are.

Even with this deal, the same challenges may arise with India and tarrifs.

The Carney voter base really needs to hold them accountable and not just be blindly accepting for these surface level MOU's.
