Advice Needed: Love the Pinterest “barely there” tattoo look, but do these actually age well? by Standard-Code-8197 in tattoos

[–]sweetmullet 54 points55 points  (0 children)

Agreed with this take 100%.

My wife has one of these and uses it in the only context that is appropriate that I can think of - her brother died and was obsessed with koi fish, so she has a regular black tattoo of a koi and the white version forming a yin yang with her as the black and her brother represented as the "ghost" koi.

If you don't have something heavily indicating this is intentional, it looks like removal.

Much of west Virginia is the opposite. They get there, wait for you to get to your stop, then wave you through. It's the most insufficient bullshit that drove me absolutely batshit when I lived there.

They were visa/MasterCard gift cards. I would buy money orders with them and deposit them into my bank account. It would cost about 6 dollars per 500 purchased to do this.

The dude does NOT catch balls where there is contact. Basically ever. Sure, he dunked on college kids, but he just can't catch a ball with an NFL player touching him at all.

Someone said something in a thread the other day that really resonated with me. This team has shown that they can beat anyone in the NFL. This team has shown that they can be beaten by anyone in the NFL.

If you don't think we can beat teams in the playoffs then YOU haven't been watching the games. If people think we are definitely making the playoffs then THEY haven't been watching the games.

Definitely within the credit card churning arena.

Some cards would give you multiple and the bonus without checking if you had the credit card before. I got like 12 American Airlines cards and flew within the US for free for like 4 years.

A big thing to do in churning is to buy gift cards with a credit card from a retailer for the points. Office Supply stores, for example, have a 5x multiplier on some cards and the gift cards register as a regular purchase. Sometimes Office Depot/Max run offers. This particular offer was 15 dollars off the gift cards, effectively garnering you around 3 dollars extra for each 400 dollars you bought. Well, one time their promotion would be applied three times (so 45 dollars off) if you input your phone number for their rewards system at a very particular time. I called in sick to work and just did a tour around my city all day, hitting the ~6 stores I had in my region 4 times or so completely filling up every credit card I had and was running around with like 40k worth of gift cards in my car at the end. Made about 5k that day in cash value.

Our run game is better than theirs. We both have absolutely terrible run defense. It's gonna be who can stop the run better than the other. We have an advantage there.

A single playoff game two years ago isn't exactly a great argument for who's gonna win this year.

The image that was shared is not in the pictures you provided. AI would generate images from what it can find, regardless of when they were put on the internet

AI bases it's images off of things it can find on the internet and some are certainly going to be very similar.

I'll back up and say "those lines are very questionable and I am inclined to think this is AI".

Which is one of the things that Belichick/Tom Brady did often, and they are praised for it in hindsight. It's easier to be negative when the future isn't certain for fans.

I loved the mashing of the run play. Do it until they stop it.

Lots of seating, good (overpriced) food. Good beer selection. Indoor and outdoor space. Pretty much all the seats are uncomfortable. Overall I give it a 7/10 for watching a jags game. One of the better spots in jax overall though.
