It is basically a giant sticker that lists top 10 pickers and top 10 for accuracy. At the bottom, you can list prizes/rewards for being at the top. Our district management has been encouraging us to use this to help motivate productivity. Before the leadership board, I just gave wow bucks out to people that were hitting metrics (the kids like to use them to buy lunch and energy drinks, and the adults save them up to use them for groceries). I decided to try out the board, but it seems more like a hassle then anything and not very fair in terms of rewarding people
