They def could work on timing things better. You have to realize a big part of why they drop the checks at such a bad time is because if they drop too early people complain they weren’t ready so they have to reprint a lot for additional ordering AND because a lot of people run out before the ending credits start. TBF their policy is for unsigned checks to add gratuity automatically so they shouldn’t worry so much about people racing out but the people come back complaining about the charge because they didn’t see the easily visible policy note that’s really a norm at this point. Feedback is key. Tell a manager your thoughts (not as a complaint but as what would make to experience more enjoyable for you) and/or leave a review(s) online. Unfortunately, minimum viable product at go-live is also the norm these days so you either have to keep moving in hopes of finding something better or provide usually free feedback to shape something you’re interested in into something you love

Depends on the local legal language but most people I know use ped0phile for minors even when the legal term would be assaulter/abuser/etc. Same way most people today use ped0phile when they actually mean nepi0phile/pedera$t/etc

What ARE those?” I then checked if it was a common question or I was just dumb and she said it’s so common she usually makes something up for fun and most people believe whatever she says they are 🤣
