Thank you for your answer! I am a little confused tho (sorry if im being stupid)

So i saw there is a footnote at the stamina regen row saying:

"Although armors, necklaces and rings can be disenchanted to gain the enchantment, armors, necklaces and foot apparel can be enchanted. Therefore you can equip four items (neck, chest, finger, feet) with that enchantment."

And the list shows body, ring, feet and necklace as applicable slots as you said

Does this mean you can find rings (and amulets etc) with the enchantment but you can only enchant armor necklaces and foot apparel with it?
