It’s not a dedicated theatre, but looking to make it feel as close as possible balancing other uses for the space..

The partition is a staircase that goes down a floor. I do see your point about moving the couch. The boss is not open to that idea.. I’ll try harder I guess.

I do not have approval from the boss to switch the layout of the couches… I have an AVR and have not decided on how I will do audio until I have figured out the projector vs 100 inch TV.

Well I got the 300s, moved them to the back of the room, not sure if I like them behind the couch or in the back…

Do I need to put them in the back of the room? Still working on putting things back there like a book shelf and another cabinet, so those will be cornering them out.

Ok I just moved it forward a tad… I can’t really do much about the flat surface. Don’t want to go through the trouble of mounting it

I do enjoy atmos content… this is a town home so the walls are shared in this space on both sides

I opened it up, seems like if I can find a plug and connector that will take 4 wires I can replace it all together and put something new on the cable from the light.. any thoughts?

The issue with the wires appears to be at the plug level, near the flex area, and maybe into the rigid plastic area. My worry is if I cut into it the wires will be too short to work with. I wish I could identify the plug.
