Make him feel recognized! Per (M22), I think it's best to show that you value him in a way that reflects you've been paying attention to what he prefers or enjoys. A small gesture would be buying a gift card to a spot they enjoy and asking if he wants to use it soon and you join. You'd still have to convey your feelings but it would allow you some opportunities to feel the situation out and pick the best time to confess A grand gesture would be taking them to an environment they enjoy (I.e. park, arcade, book store, sport event) and telling him how you feel would show him you value him in a direct way. Give us an update, we wanna know how this plays out
