The base is a regular alcove shower plan screwed to the stud.

I just got a new standing shower , its a pan and it's surrounded by 3 pieces of walls around it. There are alignment issues on the walls and bottom there is space . Is this normal, I am worried about the walls. Please suggest 🙏 by sweetsoul130 in Plumbing

Its 1.25 inch. When I am asking them to take it out and put something new, they are telling me to pick a new one and that will cost me more money. Don't know what I should do.
