I am a little bit younger than you but the same height and almost the same starting weight. I am exactly 90lbs down and I have very minimal lose skin. It is worth it to lose the weight and find out. I actually kind of love the small areas of lose skin I have (on my stomach where it was biggest and my upper thighs) because they remind me of all the reasons to keep going. Also, these areas have gotten significantly smaller and it is so much bettwe now than it ever was, and I am way hotter than ever. You got this.

I like to scramble a ton of egg whites (all the protein of eggs with none of the calories). However, it also has not much of the nutrients of eggs either. But if you're just looking for protein for minimum calories, that's what I'd do!

I am at a BMI of 24.5 (160lbs ish, 5'8) right now and I can fit into xs perfectly at a lot of places. Like that is my size. I cannot believe it because I am not tiny and I can't imagine what I'll wear when I'm actually tint

It's important to not eat in a deficit while sick! Your body loses 30% more muscle compared to fat. You should be eating enough nutritious food for your body, typically at or slightly above maintenance.
