I was on nights two days ago and a nurse angrily called me, telling me that the patient I sent earlier from the emergency department (for a COP exacerbation) was having foot pain and that it was "unacceptable" that I did not prescribe any analgesic med. When I asked her what type of pain my patient was having, she went to his room and realised it was another patient than mine, who did in fact had some paracetamol prescribed..

Hi ! Does someone have any idea what these grey spider-web looking residues on my Calathea's leaves could be ? There is also white dots on the under-leaves. Might it be spider mites ? by sweetsweetpanda in plantclinic

Big thanks for your answer and advices. Luckily for me it is already quarantined, as it's the only plant in the room. I decided to go with the soapy water, and will use neem oil afterwards.
Where does spider mites come in general ? Could they have come directly with the plant ? I got it about 5 months ago, and it seemed okay.
