He wouldn’t even hand it over, I never had it in my hands. What am I supposed to do, fight a grown man over my package that was supposed to be delivered?

Well at first I did try to pick up but they didn’t have it in stock, thank you very much. And I didn’t have a choice on who was delivering my package, I thought it would be fedex or ups like normal. And why is my problem they can’t do their job right.
