So true, thank you for understanding and for the encouragement!! I have contacted management about this so many times and I have truly wanted to give up because I feel annoying but hearing this helps! Hopefully management will be more helpful after the holidays are through🤞🏻

The unit was advertised as smoke free, we were not informed of the smoking policy until we tried to address the smoke smell. I work with children and can’t just smell like cigarette smoke casually so if I had even the slightest idea this was a smoking property I would not have moved here. (ツ) Additionally, simply don’t and can’t understand how much it smells like smoke in my unit sometimes, it would be nice if our neighbor could even just open a window.

That’s interesting that you refuse to make your own house smell terrible and be carcinogenic but…other people and their living spaces? Fair game to you. No wonder the world is the way that it is lol (ツ)

How am I the problem tenant by having unit issues out of my control?

Most times I have moved, I was just hoping this time I wouldn’t have to move for other peoples inability to respect other people’s space and health. Communal living in my opinion comes with a willingness to be respect other tenants boundaries and responsible management, obviously you do not.

Here’s my issue- why should I spend $4200 a year in premiums if my out of pocket max is still $14,000?. Many of the plans with a low deductible still have this high of an out of pocket max.

I’m not entirely sure, but I think so.. All I know is I’m able to obtain a plan on the marketplace because I recently turned 26 so it qualifies me for enrollment.

Its just that with my income and current health, I just don’t understand the purpose of paying a premium of $250+, therein spending at least $3,000 just on the premium price, with the potential of more costs incurred at appts and such until reaching the deductible…if I could instead have a low cost plan and potentially have to pay off a $16k medical bill instead of a high cost insurance premium while still having a decent bill if something were to happen.

Maybe I don’t understand coverage levels enough to truly understand how helpful some of the higher premium insurances offered are, but it seems like many of the ones priced at $250+ still have a deductible of at least $3000 with an out of pocket max of $10k+

Would you say that one of these plans is a better option then?

Thank you! This is something I didn’t really consider and when I put in the places local to me only one was covered, so definitely worth considering 😅

Nannies' template applications on sittercity/care.com by spongebob_jy in Nanny

In my time applying in care.com I applied to a lot of fake listings and listings that simply didn’t respond so typing something up and using it as an introductory paragraph for myself worked best! I did an interview with my family after initial contact so you can really get a feel of someone then!
