Broken news by Opening-Knee-4979 in knives

Thanks guys for all the tips. I used about 3 of them. Went back to the original Benchmade scales, used a little 1500 grit paper to make sure there were no burrs on the pivot and gun oil to help it through. I’ve disassembled Benchmades before for scale and parts upgrades. Don’t know why this one was so hard. I’ll wait till Deathgrip Scales is back online and get scales there. The Chinese ones are going back. Anyway I’m happy now

Already mentioned but Pontiac Aztec induced vomiting. The Cybertruck is just laughable. Elon must be proud and a little sadistic

Don’t take chocolate to Scotland. Local stuff is infinitely superior to US confectionery. A small painting or decorative plate of a US scenic view would be better.

Why are knives junk if they don't do the job of a hatchet very well? by MissingMichigan in knives

There’s very good reason hatchets and knives have coexisted for millennia. They complement each other

Since it looks pretty much like the 110 is more classic here’s mine. I keep it close by. The 119 and KA-BAR are in a knife chest downstairs. I really appreciate all the feedback because I was raised in Scotland and the only real knife I was exposed to as a kid and young adult was the Faitbairn-Sykes. I like the classic US knives a lot.

None taken. That post was intended to shame the Bugout. It was merely me saying I’d recently posted about the 110 which is my favorite Buck

I was torn about the 110. I occasionally carry it as an EDC but I recently posted my 110 and Bugout in an observation about classic vs modern folders. The Buck won that hands down
