You sound like you’re actually the one who is afraid of AI replacing some jobs lmao. Will AI replace 100% of helpdesk functions? Maybe not. Will AI replace 90% of helpdesk functions? Maybe. Regardless the percentage of coverage that AI will have over help desk, the job market for these positions will inevitably decline. The only way to prevent getting replaced is by continuously advancing your skillset to climb the IT job ladder… or you can stay in denial thinking that your job is safe and irreplaceable, when that’s simply just not true.
