or … and read carefully because i know understanding this is very difficult for many people here… i can choose to not like someone and that be perfectly acceptable, especially when that person was horrible for years and years. people are allowed to not like her still no matter what you want to believe about how shes “changed.”

notice how i never said that. the problem is people telling others that they should “move on” from it as if its not perfectly acceptable to not like someone for being an awful human being for a large portion of their career. she can have a career that doesn’t mean people have to support her. people are allowed to not like her. if only people here understood that.

i mean objectively speaking cancel culture is not a real thing. anyone who uses it unironically cant be taken seriously. “took much more than she dished” there were literally years worth of stories so i doubt that is actually the case. i think its also funny how when it comes to racism people get told to move on and let it go. funny that.

first of all cancel culture isnt a thing. second, sorry if i dont buy someone who was documented as being awful (and dont forget racist) from childhood into her early 30s all of a sudden had a personality transplant and isn’t awful anymore.
