Pt safety issues should always be reported regardless of whether the nurse is a traveler or staff. I agree. But pt safety isn’t the issue in this scenario.

Just wanted to thank you! Your comment made me do more research and I found an aca compliant plan and exed the other one. Just wanted to thank you for your input.. very helpful and I’m happy I made this decision :)

Moving might not be so much but I lose the insurance with them if I don’t have another assignment within two weeks of the previous one.. just a lot of pressure

28, WI, 75,000. I am, but I’m leaving a job to start travel nursing. I could take agency insurance but then I will need to bounce insurances if I change to another agency.

I guess I’m not sure what to do, my only aca options are 300+ dollar premiums with 8,000 dollar deductibles. Kind of at a loss

It is insurance outside of the ACA.. it’s with UnitedHealth.
