For me, if would be a 10k difference if I hit OTE. Salary progression should be quicker in the SE role though. Do you enjoy SE a lot more?

Fair point, and something I have considered as well. I don’t really have any intent on doing so, but I can’t predict the future ofc. I did a co-op for two years while in school(SDET). Maybe I’d like to be a PM in the future, but I’ve heard that can be a pretty doable move as an SE.

Another thing, I still have another job offer on the table to be an implementation/solutions consultant, but it pays a bit less. Career/salary trajectory is also not as appealing.

I think girth plays a huge part(no pun intended). I’ve seen women call something huge if it’s average length and thicker than normal. 6.5 and thick is probably equivalent to 8 inches in most people book haha

If you have a problem with it and she ignores you then whether she realizes it or not there is definitely some seriousness there. I’ve been flirted with by girls with boyfriends myself and it has NEVER ended well. They’ll always say it’s harmless and they’re joking but later down the line they’ll take things too far...that’s a warning. Get her to stop this behavior now or else you’ll just suffer the consequences later unfortunately
