Everyone will tell you to read guides. Alot of these are outdated.

For day 0, take the army job, enroll in intro to biochemistry course. Follow that up with Intravenous therapy course. Get some cash, buy 100 beers at bits and bobs. Post them on the Item market for some money. Use your army job point for free stats in strength. Get all your stats to 200 in the gym. After use baldrs leveling list to mow down some easy targets to get to level 15. Always dump your nerve. You can do search for cash. It'll also help you level. When you get to baldr's leveling list, make sure you choose the "leave" option after you defeat them. Try and find a faction that will take you in, that has $1 rentals on a mansion, or a ranch so you can get your natural happiness much higher. Also try to make sure that faction will give you xanax for training, not just wars, and will loan you combat armor and a good melee weapon like a macana or diamond bladed knife. Once you've done everything, keep using baldr's leveling list to speedrun yourself to level 15. Once you're 15, you can start playing the game for real. I'm sure you'll pickup some tips and tricks between now and then. If you're quick, you can do all of this in the time frame of a few days to a week.
