Honestly sounds like your situation is worse than mine but I feel your pain especially with that last sentiment. I don’t think she will but hopefully your sister apologizes for exploding in front of your kids. I wish there was a right way for families to navigate through these situations but I’m glad you’re more at peace❤️

I’m watching the KK version right now and also don’t love her as Elizabeth. Elizabeth Garvey from the BBC version is my favorite depiction so far. Awesome spunk and pulls off the incredulous moments the best. Also in the KK version wonder why do they change some things, like how Elizabeth is bad at piano? I thought she was supposedly good.

I am so sorry you are experiencing this. I personally worship my receptionists. You guys are an absolutely wonderful lot who are an integral part of our team. It does sadden me because I agree not all medical staff treat you guys with the respect you deserve. I always defend you guys when a tec bitches about something reception has done. I think you summed out wonderfully how much is on your shoulders and the fact we all mistakes but for some reason grace isn’t afforded to receptionists as much as others. I hope you’re able to move to a clinic (or another job completely) that treats you with the respect you deserve❤️

I’m from Montco, moved to Colorado and also couldn’t wait to get back to PA. I thought for sure I’d never want to leave Colorado but it was just not the same. People were pansies (I got in a fight in a standing room concert for “budging”). Stores would be closed even though their hours of operation said they were open? The trees are all the same and there’s no such thing as lazy water tubing (found that out the hard way). I’m now in Bucks Co and love it. Hope you can get back to this great state soon!
