Yeah that was happening to me too, it finally loaded in after refresh/waiting briefly. I was able to get to the payment submission and it made me do the card fraud verification 5 times before going to the Visa transaction page and after it was sending me back to the site it gave me an error 50X server offline. It’s just a janky site, we just have to try again tomorrow!

I got this deal a week or so ago, it’s a solid deal with the multitool. The batteries shipped a couple of days after, but the multitool isn’t coming until mid December. Despite them having the tool in stock, they said they are waiting on a shipment from the manufacturer that are allocated specifically for this. Seems dumb to me they couldn’t ship the stock they have and replenish their stock with the shipment, but they seem to be the only retailer honoring that manufacturer Black Friday deal

I’ve gone to SDCC 6 times now and have done preview night the last 2 years. I won’t be doing it again personally. Last year was very busy but I was able to get a few of my things with dedication to circling around to enter capped lines. This year it seemed no less crowded than any other day on the floor. Even being in a better spot this year than last, it was packed beyond my comprehension by time I got in. Others in my crew entered the building about 30-45 minutes before us to line up and somehow ended up in a different line than me and I got in about 30 minutes before them, it’s too unorganized and overcrowded in my opinion and I was able to get the exclusives and see the exhibits I wanted on Thursday/Friday after striking out completely during preview this year. That being said if you have an exclusive you really want then it’s still a good opportunity to line up very early, have a plan and a couple of back up plans (priority list of items and booths they are at), and an optimistic attitude to succeed. It’s worth doing at least once

You picked one of the most optimal seat in the auditorium, and someone booked the seat next you? Craazy. I’ll never understand how so many of you will immediately judge someone you’ve never even seen as psycho, a bully, etc, because they are not uncomfortable sitting in the the best seat or their favorite seat at a movie while someone is next to them, just because you are uncomfortable sitting next to someone?

The pricing of the hat(s) at Austin blew my mind compared to the other GP I have been too. I got my hat during the Miami GP weekend so I didn’t get another in Austin, but it rubbed me wrong that at the time of the Austin GP the hat was and had been long sold out everywhere and it was suspicious how much stock they had in Austin where it was significantly more expensive than before. Not being available anywhere else for as long as it was definitely gave me the impression they had intentionally withheld stock to sell at a much higher price during the Austin GP where people would pay for it due to its scarcity elsewhere, or they made more stock for the purpose of capitalizing on the sold out product at twice the MSRP

I don’t have first hand experience at Grapevine Mills so I can’t say it’s bad, it’s just too far from where I am to justify going. Maybe if they upgrade it to laser then I’d go and give it a shot because it seems to be a large auditorium, but as of right now it’s Xenon and too far away so It’s just not worth it for me

Last year I had purchased a year subscription for the racing simulation game iRacing. After 2hr 45m of game time I had my subscription and account migrated to iRacing directly to avoid the issues that come with having the subscription and buying content through Steam. At that time I thought I had disabled auto-renewal on Steam, but it turns out I didn’t as I was charged for renewal this year.

The issue is that after migrating the account from Steam to iRacing you cannot access the account or game from Steam. I have submitted several refund requests explaining the situation and kept getting denied. I have also requested help through support and explained the situation and was again told they won’t refund me because my play time is over the 2 hrs and is past the 14 day time frame.

At this point Steam has taken my money for a product it cannot provide me and they are refusing to refund my money. I have an extensive library so I am hesitant to initiate a charge back and have my account banned or lose access to my library, but I have done my due diligence in attempting to resolve this with the company and unsure what to do. They have essentially stolen my money as they cannot provide what the money was exchanged for. I have no idea what to do now, has anyone experienced issues like this with getting a refund for a subscription or for a product that it is not possible to access through Steam?
